Mini photographic bunting

By twiceamummydoublethefun

The girls have enjoyed making this simple yet effective mini bunting which holds some of their favourite photos.

To make this you will need:

  • Mini wooden craft pegs
  • Coloured wax cord
  • Coloured paint
  • A heart stencil
  • Photographs

Isabelle and Scarlett started off painting the mini pegs with the different colours.

They had great fun and began mixing the paints together to see what colours they could make.

Once the pegs have dried completely thread the coloured cord you would like to use into the little holes of the pegs so they are secure.

You can use any length cord for your bunting.

Isabelle choose pink and Scarlett choose the blue.

Isabelle and Scalett picked some of their favourite photos which I began to cut into a heart shape using our stencil.

I made sure the photos would fit nicely into a shape of the heart.

If you didn’t want heart shapes maybe print off some smaller photos to use.

The girls pegged their photos onto the bunting.

We now have a beautiful mini photographic bunting to display proudly in our home.
